Founder Story:  I had no choice but to start  this Agency in the Age of AI , Attention Shifts & Algorithm Reform

Before launching this agency, I worked inside the traditional system—running paid campaigns at agencies and for B2B and DTC brands across Asia and the UK.

I saw the same thing again and again:
✅ Big budgets.
✅ Fancy reports.
❌ No clear explanation of what was actually driving performance.


Most agencies were stuck in an outdated playbook—focused on keywords, bidding, and dashboards. They’d push clients to “just increase budget” or chase ranking reports that looked good in slides, but didn’t convert in the real world.

Even worse, they completely ignored the platforms that actually matter today—TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta short-form—because they didn’t know how to make visual-first, content-led ads that feel native to the feed.


They were still optimizing like it was 2015:

  • Highest-bid wins

  • SEO-first

  • Push traffic, hope it converts

  • Over-produced videos that felt like commercials, not content

Meanwhile, everything had changed.
 

How AI & Platform Evolution Changed Everything

Meta and TikTok now run on AI-driven distribution.
Audience targeting is no longer your lever—the creative is the algorithm.

TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook short-form don’t reward ad spend.
They reward engagement, watch time, and emotional relevance—signals the algorithm can detect in the first 3 seconds.

That’s why UGC, founder-led content, and creator-driven ads outperform studio-shot, over-polished commercial spots.

It’s not just a trend.
It’s a fundamental shift in how attention and trust are built.
 

How AI Became My Advantage

While agencies were still running old-school media plans, I started using AI to:

  • Rapidly ideate and test creative hooks

  • Analyze creative performance by format, theme, and voice

  • Speed up content production and optimization cycles

  • Turn creative into data, and data into scale

It wasn’t just faster—it was smarter.
My campaigns became more profitable. My creative got sharper. My strategy got clearer.

That’s when I realized: This is the future of performance.
